ICE Animations (Pvt.) Ltd. is a computer animation studio located in Karachi boasting the country’s most reputed technical and creative talent with a vision of providing unforgettable and uplifting moments of entertainment. Our objective is to combine both the technical skills and artistic talents of the studio with a strong emphasis on in-house training and education, in order to come up with vivid, cutting edge and visually appealing content using computer generated animation that appeals to children and adults alike. Our team consists of a unique blend of local and foreign qualified artists and scientists who come from a wide range of backgrounds in film and animation production, computer graphics, computer and management sciences and information technology, working together to achieve our collective goals. With credits in Hollywood films, our artistic and technical leaders have a proven track record of delivering the highest standards of quality. ICE Animations has set up a full body motion capture studio based on the cutting edge optical motion capture system by PhaseSpace Inc. in order to speed up the time it takes to produce animations. For high-volume computations and rendering, our dedicated render-farm consists of Dell® PowerEdge Blade Servers and for our storage requirements, we use an EMC2® Celerra NX4 unified storage solution as well as a state of the art EMC VNXe series Virtualised Storage Solution.
