IC Net Limited is a fast-growing multidisciplinary consulting firm headquartered in Japan committed to providing superior consulting services in Rural and Urban Infrastructure Development, Public Sector Governance, Monitoring and Evaluation, Environment, Fisheries, Health and Education, and Training.
