Powitzky and Mark R. French to provide a unique blend of expertise in architectural services. In 2011, Bay was pleased to join with IBI Group, Inc. Texas-IBI Group, Inc. has completed an array of projects consisting of additions, renovations, new schools, higher education, civic facilities, commercial buildings and mid-rise office buildings.
