ibd is a secure and FCA regulated online platform connecting professional corporate finance advisers and their vetted corporate clients with qualified institutional and bank funding sources. Advisory clients are connected to funding sources of €10 million or more for private capital raises, including all forms of private debt and private equity. ibd works with corporate finance advisers and their clients with a transparent fee structure: avoiding any conflicts from inducement or origination fees. We receive no payments from investors. ibd will initially beta test for senior secured debt in the UK and Spain.
