Iran Auto parts Company (IAPCO) was established in 1973. Initially, due to Iranian's indescribable interest and devotion to Imam Reza (PBUH), it started its activities as "Reza Industrial Co." and later on renamed as Iran Auto parts Company (IAPCO) in 1978. Above the company’s conversion from a private joint stock company to a public joint stock one and its membership in securities and stock exchange market, the renaming implies that it is no longer a company with several factories, and plays a significant role in Iran's automobile industry as a parent company through covering automobile parts companies. At present, Iran Khodro Industrial Group because of the Samand Investment Companyis the main shareh older of IAPCO. Iran Auto parts Company's major activities can be outlined as follows: 1. Production, installation, purchase, sale and distribution of any auto parts and components 2. Management, monitoring and supporting the companies associated with investment companies 3. Carrying out any business operation, import and export, purchase and sale and subscription of stock exchange and non-exchange companies 4.
