iVentiv at a Glance iVentiv is the global leader in the provision of corporate executive conferences with a difference. Created in 2008, our goal was to provide Heads of Learning and Talent with an alternative platform to network and engage with peers from a plethora of industries. From this, our Executive Knowledge Exchanges were born. Over the past 12 years, we have refined our event delivery techniques and have created Executive Knowledge Exchanges that are entirely unique; we have moved away from the traditional ‘sit and listen’ approach to conferencing and instead prefer to deliver an entirely participant-driven agenda built, not only by our facilitators and advisory board, but by our delegates who provide us with insights into their own successes and set-backs. A keen focus is placed on discussion, debate and reciprocal knowledge sharing. In this way, each of our participants has the unique opportunity to contribute to the discussions and walk away from the experience with real-life, tangible solutions to current development roadblocks. In recent months we have also had the opportunity to shift our face-to-face conference model and make it virtual in order to adapt to global shifts in the way we work.
