Our large resource pool includes qualified; builders, foremen, site managers, quantity surveyors, and a senior management team. We have the capacity to undertake projects up to a value of $50 million. We are experienced in delivering projects under traditional or negotiated engagement. HRS Construction Ltd (HRS) was born from Hughes Rees Sara Construction – a successful commercial construction company with an 18 year trading history. In 2005 Andrew Marshall and Richard Gibb become shareholders and directors; strengthening the company’s management resources and providing a long term growth path, continued reputation of the company and the quality produced by the HRS team and its partnering consultants and subcontractors.
