HR Leadership Awards of Greater Washington

The Human Resource Leadership Awards of Greater Washington are the only independent awards that promote and advance excellence in the HR profession from Baltimore to Richmond. Established in 2001, the Awards celebrate outstanding service and strategic vision in the areas of organizational leadership, risk-taking, innovation, vision, communication, service to the broader community, and commitment to ethical behavior. In short we promote excellence, advance HR professionals, and connect thought leaders. HRLA is a program of Marymount University and as such falls under the University's 501c3 status. We are not a membership organization. There are no annual dues or fees. We rely on the generosity of sponsors to provide the awards and programs we offer.
