Celebrating 50 years (1965-2015) of Heating & Pipework Installations (Staffs) Ltd Group of companies. HVAC & Mechanical Services Engineers & Contractors, Design, Installation & Maintenance Facilities. Founded in 1965 by the late Mr Alan Swindells, Heating & Pipework Installations (Staffs) Limited initially operated from a small dwelling in the Shelton area of Stoke-on-Trent, before moving in 1971 to larger premises in the City as business expanded. In 1972 a trading office was established in Tong Road, Leeds to serve the growth of new clients and project work in the Yorkshire and North East region. From its trading centres in Stoke-on-Trent and Leeds, the Group of companies now provides design, installation and maintenance facilities for building services engineering schemes on a nationwide basis. Over the past five decades we have operated within the Building Services Industry, during which time we have undertaken projects for both Public and Private Sectors, including Industrial and Commercial Buildings, Schools, Colleges, Hospitals and Residential Housing Projects. As specialists in the field of building services, we have experience in the design, installation and maintenance of the following services : HEATING VENTILATION AIR CONDITIONING PIPEWORK BUILDING MANAGEMENT RENEWABLES Where clients prefer a combined M&E package we are able to provide this service through our partnerships with selected local electrical contractors. We have found from experience that this arrangement genuinely provides the most cost effective solution. We believe that the high value of repeat custom generated during our many years continuous trading is testament to our business philosophy of friendly professionalism.
