Hospice of the Piedmont is a provider of hospice care, palliative care, and grief support services for patients, their families, and caregivers. Patients ranging in age from infants to the elderly who are facing a life-limiting illness are given specialized medical, emotional, and spiritual care through our programs. Most of our clients are cared for in their own homes, but we also serve in nursing facilities, hospitals and in our own 18-bed inpatient facility, Hospice Home at High Point.At Hospice of the Piedmont and Hospice of Randolph, we understand the care needs for each individual are different.
