The Home Builders Association of Berks County (HBA) is a leading advocate for the building industry by promoting trust and value for the community. We are an association of builders, remodelers, and suppliers that has served Berks County since 1957; with a wealth of knowledge and experience, that makes us the leading advocate for the building Industry. Our members hire and train the most highly skilled tradesmen in the industry who agree to follow our strict Code of Ethics. They are required in Pennsylvania to be registered through the PA Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act of 2008 (HICPA) and carry up-to-date insurance. Our members continue to build on their experience through locally and nationally HBA-sponsored educational seminars, building code updates, new products, best business practices, and construction techniques brought to us through our vast network of suppliers and vendors.
