Let's look at some important milestones during the development of Bellsystem24-Hoa Sao: The 2012 year marked the clear transformation of the Bellsystem24-Hoa Sao with the switchboard system developed to number 8 with the companion of 2,300 agents.  The 2014 year marked the founding of F.A.S.T Contact Center- the multi-tasking central office- quick establishing model of Bellsystem24-HoaSao, which allows enterprise to have a Customer Care Center carrying out professional Outbound service at the same time within the latest time of 07 days. F.A.S.T was born from the Eureka 2014 program with the criterion not skipping any creative ideas in the sphere of the Corporation. In 2017, Hoa Sao & Bellsystem24 officially became a strategic partner, creating a new brand in the Contact Center & BPO market in Vietnam: Bellsystem24-HoaSao. In addition, the Contact Center Solution developed by Bellsystem24-HoaSao team: TELEHUB is officially launched to the market.  After many years of research and development, Bellsystem24-HoaSao have been confident to own a chain of serivces and completed process for the activities contacting customers of the Enterprises with full of channels (Omni-channel) and interactive forms, which allows the connection between the Seller and the Buyer with typical cultural factors of Vietnamese consumers.
