Informed by the product expertise and customer understanding required to fulfill the era's post-war itch for recreation and American travel, the business flourished, and by the mid-1960s, his sons, Jerry and Dick, joined Roy. As Dick's family grew, his four sons, Dave, Mike, James and Jeffrey, became involved in the business and, when Jerry retired in 2012, they stepped in to help Dick manage the business.Today, as a testament to the Pearos' continued customer focus and forward thinking, Hilltop has grown to three locations: Fridley, Brainerd and Rochester with additional family members joining its many loyal employees - all dedicated to further raising the bar of quality and service.
