Hillsboro Food Co-op

Hillsboro Food Co-op's ultimate goal is to open a brick-and-mortar full-service grocery store in Downtown Hillsboro Oregon. We are a cooperative corporation that has more than 200 member-owners. We have not hired any employees yet, so all of the wonderful work we are doing to get the store built is being done by member-owners and other community members who support our mission. Our mission is to provide healthy, high-quality, affordable food to Hillsboro and its surrounding area while also serving as a community gathering place. We emphasize products from local, sustainable, and socially responsible sources, and we work to build connections between our customers and their farmers and other local suppliers.
