Hijos de Rivera is a Galician Company, independent whose ownership is 100% Spanish and family owned. In 2016, we will celebrate 110 years of history. Our main activity is focused on the production and distribution of beer. We are leader on the premium segment with our most acknowledged product, Estrella Galicia and we also have products in the special beer segment with “1906 Reserva Especial”, “1906 Red Vintage” and “1906 Black Coupage”. The company also developed other business activities either in the water (with brands like Cabreiroá, Agua de Cuevas or Fontarel) or in the beverage distribution at national level. You can now find our brands throughout Spain but also in more than 30 countries (from Brasil to Australia, passing by China, Russia, The Philippines or the USA only to mention a few). Leaded by the fourth generation of the family, we took the stake of a Premium branding supported by our quality, our tradition and beer culture, our continuous innovation and excellence. This is how we were able to duplicate our turnover in the last 7 years and to exceed the level of 170 millions liters produced in 2014. But no matter how much we talk about growth, internationalization o diversification, one of our main challenge is to train and develop the best teams within the best working environment. Only this way we will be able to assume the endeavor and dedication that this project requires and we are looking forward,full of energy, for each achievement to be a celebration.
