Heritage Community located in Guymon, Oklahoma, has been caring for our community elders for 42 years. Heritage is both a place where community elders are lovingly cared for and where family and friends regularly gather to celebrate life’s journey and milestones. Heritage is both a place where you can come to rehabilitate and return home or become a part of the warm and caring community. At Heritage you can enjoy a cup of coffee or enjoy a home cooked meal in our dining room. At Heritage you have the choice to stay active with our full life enrichment programs or simply rest and relax in our beautiful community spaces and gardens.
