Henry County Health Center is a hospital with a rich heritage of caring for patients and area residents since 1921. Located at the Crossroads of Southeast Iowa, HCHC is a 74-bed facility, featuring 25 acute care beds, along with our 49 bed long-term care facility, Park Place. HCHC remains a leader in healthcare and is well respected by hospitals of all sizes. With our technological innovation and associates who are compassionate and committed to those we serve, HCHC strives for excellence in all that we do. As a community-based health center, our patients are often times family members, friends, and neighbors. HCHC’s associates are committed to meeting the needs of our patients, and are truly dedicated to providing the highest possible care. In addition to the compassion and commitment that runs throughout the organization, HCHC has experienced numerous accomplishments. These include receiving the Most Wired Hospital award for five consecutive years, receiving state and national awards, providing innovative technology, and offering advanced specialties and a highly respected medical staff. These are all notable achievements for a facility of HCHC’s size, and we will continue to build on these strengths to ensure a strong future for HCHC.
