Hemaya was established in Feb 2005 under the guidance of H.E Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad AL Thani Emir of Qatar and is the Only State-owned total security service provider employing Nationals and expats. Currently Hemaya is employing more than 4000 employees from different nationalities. Our main vision is to establish and develop the National Standard for the security industry in Qatar, bench-marking against international best practice and to complement National Security Organizations by providing commercially and technically viable security services to enhance the overall security of the State of Qatar. Hemaya also aims to develop and improve security environment in the State of Qatar and create a pool of highly skilled National manpower in the security field and to introduce the latest and high-end security technology to the State of Qatar.
