Heeton Holdings Limited was established in July 1976 and is currently listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange. Heeton entered the hospitality sector in 2011 with the acquisition of the four star Mercure Hotel Pattaya, Thailand. Following an aggressive expansion programme, the company’s hotel portfolio has now increased to eleven hotels world-wide.Heeton has expanded its presence internationally from Singapore to United Kingdom, Thailand and Japan.It’s hotel portfolio in the UK include Luma Concept Hotel in Hammersmith, Ibis Styles London Kensington, Ibis Budget Bradford, Ibis Hotel Gloucester, Express by Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre, Hotel Indigo Glasgow and Edinburgh Stewart Aparthotel. Heeton has also acquired a site of over 2 acres in Leeds City Centre that is earmarked for a mixed used development of residential units and a hotel, Hampton by Hilton of 121 rooms which is targeted to complete by the end of 2019. Another hotel development due to complete in 2020 is the recently acquired former warehouse building in the Northern Quarter of Manchester. The building that was the renowned venue of the Manchester music scene, the Dry Bar of Factory Record Music, will be developed into a 81 room concept hotel.In London, Heeton also has it's UK Head Office based at Adam House in the Strand, which is also the location for Adam House's 35 Serviced Offices.In Thailand, the Mercure Hotel Pattaya and Hotel Baraquda, MGallery Collection by Sofitel, PattayaIn Japan, the Super Hotel Sapporo and Smile Hotel Tokyo in Japan.Heeton also has a pipeline of additional hotels in the UK and in various Asia Pacific countries including Indonesia, China and Bhutan.
