Heat Transfer Products Group designs and manufactures heat transfer components and equipment for refrigeration applications in the food service, food retail and other nonconsumable markets. Its products are sold primarily in the United States and Canada to original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”), Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Wholesale (“ARW”) distributors, and direct to end-user customers. HTPG offers a complete product offering of energy efficient heat transfer equipment sold under recognized premium brands; Russell, Witt, Kramer, and ColdZone. Commercial, institutional, and industrial products include condensing units, evaporators, air cooled condensers, surface and case coils for OEM’s, custom air handling units, unit coolers, and compressor racks for food service application and complete refrigeration system packages.
