Heartland Farms is a fifth generation family-owned potato and vegetable farm in Central Wisconsin. Heartland Farms mission is to produce a healthy and safe food product, maximize profitability, and maintain good ethical values. We are a family-owned and operated farm and plan to ensure this opportunity to the next generation.
