Havaş, an affiliated company of TAV Airports, is the largest and the most experienced Istanbul, Turkey based ground handling services provider. Havaş provides ground handling services to more than 200 airline companies at 31 airports in Turkey, as well as Riga Airport in Latvia and Medinah Airport in Saudi Arabia. Offering passenger and baggage handling procedures, ramp, aircraft cleaning, load control and communication, cargo and mail, flight operations, transportation, representation and supervision services, Havaş provides service to more than 130 million passengers via handling approximately 465,000 flights, and carrying 860,000 tons of cargo and over 100 million baggage together with its subsidiaries. Furthermore, Havaş, a member of Airport Service Association (ASA) and IATA Ground Handling Council (IGHC) and awarded with the ISAGO certification, has also become the first Turkish company that was issued a ground handling services license in Saudi Arabia.
