Hanover County Public Schools

Hanover County Public Schools is a national award-winning suburban school district located in the Richmond, Virginia, metropolitan area. Approximately 20,000 students attend the twenty-three comparably successful schools--fourteen elementary, four middle, four high, one alternative school. The Human Resources Department typically fills approximately 150 teacher vacancies each year. All schools are accredited by the Virginia Department of Education and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
