Hamdard Center for Health & Human Services

Hamdard Center is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit agency that provides health and social services to immigrant and refugee populations in the Chicagoland area. Hamdard's mission is "to promote the physical and emotional health and psychological well-being of individuals and families by offering hope, help and healing." Services are provided to individuals of all ages and include: 1) Primary health care/medical clinic 2) Psychiatry and counseling 3) Shelter and supportive services for women and children who are victims of domestic violence 4) Case management including enrollment for Health insurance, Medicaid, and other public benefits 5) In-Home Care and Adult Day Center for seniors 6) Partner Abuse Intervention Program 7) Community Outreach, education and training Hamdard the capacity to provide services in the following languages: English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Arabic, Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, Russian, and Spanish.
