He made the move to Franklin in 1995 and developed his first hotel. With rich experience in development he currently heads all construction of current and future development.Hitesh Patel, Vice PresidentHitesh started his career in 2009 with Halifax Hospitality. Hitesh graduated from Page High School in 2004 and later completed his undergraduate studies at Middle Tennessee University with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He currently oversees operations. He is also on the Board of Directors for Williamson County Convention and Visitors Bureau.Judy Hickerson, Area Director of OperationsJudy joined Halifax Hospitality in 2017 and oversees the day to day operations of all properties. She began her career in hospitality in 1993 working with a collection of historic inns in Virginia. In 1995, she moved to Tennessee and began working with a large management company with a concentration in Hampton Inns. During her fifteen years with that company she worked in and learned all aspects of hotel management.Theresa Cross, Director of Revenue ManagementTheresa started with Halifax Hospitality in 2017. She joins us with thirty-five years hospitality management experience in all facets of hotel operations. Theresa leads all the hotel’s revenue management efforts with strategic rate planning and market analysis.Jeanne Cooper, Area Director of SalesJeanne joined Halifax in 2019 after nineteen years in sales with Marriott and Hilton. She has served as the Sales Manager at the Hermitage Hotel, Tennessee's only 5 Star and 5 Diamond hotel. She is an award winning manager and brings a great wealth of knowledge to our organization.
