Habilitation Assistance Corporation's mission is to support individuals in realizing their personal visions. Our goal is to empower individuals and their families through the delivery of quality consumer driven resources, services and supports that increase lifestyle options, independence, and improve their quality of life. The agency believes that all people regardless of ability have the right to be happy, leading full and self-determined lives with dignity and the respect of the community. Habilitation Assistance provides an array of services for individuals and their families in Southeastern Massachusetts. Our Access Centers in Braintree, Plymouth, Pocasset and South Yarmouth act as a base to provide supports reflecting the wants, needs and requests of each member and his/her family in those communities. Services offered are: -- Therapeutic day supports for adults with developmental disabilities, specializing in meaningful community involvement; -- Homemaker, evaluations, supported living services, case management and assessment for adults who have a disability which prevents them from providing their own home care needs; -- Transportation services via our transportation division, Access Express, offering a safe, dependable and accessible transportation service to accommodate a variety of situations, i.e. limousine, charter/group trips, executive transportation, courier services, medical transport, taxi and para-transit.
