Supplying the aerospace industry's Fortune 500 manufacturers such as Lockheed Martin, Honeywell and many others, H & S Swansons is a manufacturer of precision, complex machined parts from castings, forgings, bar or plate stock to meet the most exacting specifications. Sophisticated gauging equipment includes seven (7) Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM’s). Our vertically integrated operations provide superior control of quality and delivery: ~ Flexible Machining Systems. Automated rail-guided system feeds three horizontal mills with 15,000 RPM Spindles, large capacity Tool Magazines and Renishaw® Probes for high volume production of precision machined parts. ~ 4-Axis and 5-Axis CNC horizontal and vertical turning centers. ~ State-of-the-art CAD/CAM system for programming, tooling and gage design. ~ NADCAP Certified in-house finishing operations include Chromate, Anodize, “Wet” Paint and Powder Coat MIL-Spec Painting, Product Marking, Impregnation and Passivation. ~ Mechanical assembly and testing of complete units ready for final use by our customers. We are a ‘Platinum Supplier’ to Honeywell and our other major customers - with whom we have achieved ‘Approved Supplier’ status - are BAE Systems, Eaton Aerospace, General Dynamics, United Technologies, (UTAS) L3 Communications, MOOG, Northrop Grumman, DRS Industries, Raytheon, Boeing, Triumph Aerospace and GE Aviation.
