Griffon Associates is Wilder Balter Partners construction management and general contracting firm. Griffon specializes in residential construction of multi-family and single-family communities. We are experienced in a broad range of housing types and building conditions and are responsible for construction of all of Wilder Balter Partners developments. From apartments in Saratoga County, NY to an adaptive reuse of a former Hilton Hotel in St. Thomas, Griffon has a very broad breadth of knowledge and experience that enable us to manage complex construction projects. Griffon has substantial bonding capacity which has been utilized on many developments. Griffon employs approximately 20 seasoned professionals with a diverse construction background. From conceptual design to value engineering to employment of high-performance construction techniques, our talented team works with WBP to build better communities.
