超豐電子創立於七十二年，原名合德積體電路有限公司，八十四年增加積體電路之封裝及測試服務，並更名為超豐電子股份有限公司。 公司座落於苗栗縣竹南鎮，並在臺灣證券交易所掛牌上市，股票代號為2441。 超豐電子通過ISO 9001、ISO/TS 16949品質認證及ISO 14001、SONY Green Partner 等環境系統認證，並致力於環保減廢及工安相關法令規定之推動。 超豐電子恪守平實穩健的經營與成長理念，並擁有誠信和諧的人性化管理制度、積極創新的研發精神；以品質、效率與顧客滿意為宗旨，與客戶建立起長期夥伴關係，彼此互相信賴；共創雙贏的成果。 超豐在資本累積、營業收入均有亮麗的成績，並在全體同仁一致努力下已在封裝測試專業領域擁有重要之地位。 在封裝業務我們的主要產品分為塑膠雙排列型積體電路(P-DIP)、微縮型積體電路(SOP、SOJ、SSOP、TSSOP、 MSOP)、塑膠平方四方型積體電路(QFP、LQFP、TQFP)、塑膠扁平J型角積體電路(PLCC)、二極體積體電路(TO)等五種產品。測試業務則可分為晶圓測試(circuit probing)及成品測試(final test)二部份。 基於未來無線通訊、網路、資訊家電及掌上型個人用品快速發展與應用潮流應運而生，通訊、控制器、記憶體及週邊之晶片封裝型態也勢必以輕、薄、短、小為基礎，本公司因應整體產業之發展與應用市場之需，積極投入多層晶粒產品(STACKED DIE PACKAGE)、多晶粒產品(MCM)、銅線產品(COPPER WIRE)之研究及量產。 Founded in 1983, Greatek Electronics Inc., originally named “He Teh Integrated Circuit Co. Ltd “, amended the company name as Greatek Electronics Incorporation and expanded business scope to IC assembly and test services. Greatek is listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) under the trading symbol of 2441. Currently, Greatek is certified under QS 9000, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 and Sony Green Partner. Steady operation and growth are our core management target.
