This course provides the cutting-edge tools as well as the holistic vision to be successful and have an impact in today's grantmaking.Build on the best practices of public agencies, international organisations and philantropic foundations in Geneva and beyond.Participants will be exposed to and work with innovators and leaders in grantmaking through incisive lectures, challenging group work and state-of-the-art case studies.Specifically designed for professionals who want to take their experience to the next level, this new course has been conceived with an universal and experience-based grantmaking approach in mind. Both participants already working in grantmaking as well as those wishing to make a career change will improve their understanding of and enhance their skills for advanced grantmaking.The course is delivered part-time over one academic year in five teaching (3 days on-site each) and one application modules (2 days on-site).Located in Geneva, a global hub of grantmaking organisations and philantropic initiatives, the CAS in Grantmaking offers a comprehensive curriculum taught by a faculty with solid academic credentials and many years of practical experience in grantmaking.The Geneva experience: get a taste of it by joining Switzerland's second largest university - The University of Geneva (UNIGE) - and it's 150 different nationalities.
