Gracorp (Graham Group Ltd.)

Gracorp Capital Advisors Ltd. is a subsidiary of Graham Construction. Gracorp specializes in infrastructure development, such as Public Private Partnerships and project finance industrial infrastructure. Gracorp manages the Connor Clark & Lunn GVest Traditional Infrastructure LP. Together with Graham, the group is one of the leading developers of P3 projects in western Canada, with completed projects in major transportation, health care and education. Gracorp also manages the GVest Private Equity LP, which develops or co-develops real estate or strategic operating businesses. Projects include major shopping centers such as Currents at Windermere, Eagle Landing at Chilliwack and the Tswwassen Power Centre. Other projects include the Calgary Airport Marriott Hotel, the Golden West Research Park and other single tenant design-build-finance projects, Gracorp currently manages assets with an enterprise value exceeding $1.5 billion. Gracorp has frequently worked in joint ventures with other developers and investors.
