All products are manufactured in a state of the art cook chill operations located in the Dallas area of Texas. Products can be produced in heat and serve bags for food service, ready to use retail cups or shelf stable retail jars. Gourmet Cuisine R&D chefs develop products specifically for our customers by matching existing formulas or by developing products that meet the needs of the business.
