Cardiologist’s tests revealed the left main artery of her heart was 98% blocked. 5 years & 5 stents later, Mika beat the odds and her experience was the inspiration for Goomi Group - a business that brings on-site and virtual fitness and wellness sessions delivered right to your employees at their home or at your office.With the motto of “Wellness Made Simple,” our vision is to provide health & happiness to companies and organizations across America to revolutionize the way we implement wellness into our lives with integrated virtual and on-site wellness programs to create revolutionary change in our communities on an individual basis.
