Established in 2004 following the transfer of homes from Maidstone Borough Council, we are a forward thinking organisation that has invested more than £100m in regenerating our homes and estates for our 20,000 residents.We are committed to providing high quality affordable homes for rent and shared ownership to local people.Our passion is to provide an excellent service and aspire to be an organisation of choice for our residents and staff.
