Rydym yn gweithio gyda phobl sy'n defnyddio gwasanaethau gofal a chymorth, a sefydliadau i arwain gwelliant ym maes gofal cymdeithasol. Rydym yn ymrwymedig i weithio mewn ffordd sy'n gydweithredol ac yn gynhwysol.Ein nod yw sicrhau bod pobl yng Nghymru'n gallu galw ar weithlu gofal cymdeithasol o safon uchel sy'n darparu gwasanaethau i ddiwallu eu hanghenion yn llawn.Mae Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru:- yn pennu safonau ar gyfer y gweithlu gofal cymdeithasol, gan eu gwneud yn atebol am eu gwaith- yn datblygu'r gweithlu fel bod ganddynt yr wybodaeth a'r sgiliau i roi'r gofal a'r cymorth gorau- yn gweithio gydag eraill i wella gwasanaethau ar gyfer meysydd sy'n cael eu hystyried yn flaenoriaeth, megis gofal a chymorth yng nghartrefi pobl- yn pennu blaenoriaethau ar gyfer ymchwil i gasglu tystiolaeth am yr hyn sy'n gweithio'n dda- yn rhannu arfer da gyda'r gweithlu fel eu bod yn gallu rhoi'r gofal gorau- yn darparu gwybodaeth am ofal a chymorth ar gyfer y cyhoedd, y gweithlu a sefydliadau eraill.We work with people who use care and support services, and organisations to lead improvement in social care. We’re committed to working in a way that’s collaborative and inclusive.Our aim is to make sure people in Wales can call on a high-quality social care workforce that provides services to fully meet their needs.Social Care Wales:- sets standards for the care and support workforce, making them accountable for their work- develops the workforce so they have the knowledge and skills to provide the best care and support- works with others to improve services for areas seen as a priority, such as care and support in people’s homes- sets priorities for research to collect evidence of what works wellshares good practice with the workforce so they can provide the best care- provides information on care and support for the public, the workforce and other organisations.
