We are Supply Chain Professionals and our expertise lies in providing Solutions, Continuous Improvements and Alignment in your Supply Chain Systems.
We have been working with 3PLs, 4PLs, Warehousing & Manufacturing in creating the infrastructure to capture, process, analyze and distribute the data across their supply chains since 2006. This allows for adjustments in their capacities and inventories in real time, without missing potential business opportunities. We optimize processes and create analytical engines that help deliver accurate decisions. However, given today’s complex supply chains spread across the globe, the single biggest lever is to manage logistics effectively, thereby reduce costs, time-to-market and carbon footprints.
We work closely with the Federal Government :
To Provide technical expertise in modern and global challenges in streamlining communication by analyzing and improving EDI signals & Telecommunication Portals.
Work with Carriers and Shippers to improve Processes in Communications, Transportation Routes, LTL Cost Reduction by joining the Co-op Consortium, and identifying transit time per shipment for all carriers. This is all done using statistical methods to improve forecasting accuracy and increasing zip code routing to all shipping points.
We work closely with the workforce development team in training and developing modules for veterans and non veterans to acquire jobs that are designed more towards their archetype rather than the job fulfillment requirements. We are currently involved with this 10 year study.
We design metrics based on statistical data to enhance our federal and non federal customers live network security.
All of the above results are achieved using Lean Six Sigma, Probability and Functional Business Analysis.
