Gintas Combat welcomes beginners looking to learn a new and exciting way to keep fit or develop martial arts skills in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere. If you have already learnt, or are currently learning, a martial art, Gintas and his trained instructors can help take your skills to a new level, either in any of the traditional martial arts we teach or Gintas' own brand of combat self defence (GCSD).

We offer unique children classes where your child can learn a new life skill and benefit from our extensive anti-bullying training.

Our women-only classes offer a stimulating way to lose weight and get in great shape in a comfortable, specialist environment.
