Genex Cooperative, Inc. and Cooperative Resources International

Cooperative Resources International (CRI), headquartered in Shawano, Wis., is a member-owned holding cooperative formed in 1993. During the cooperative's formation, it was the nation's first direct link between a dairy herd improvement (DHI) organization and a provider of artificial insemination (A.I). Today, CRI is comprised of three subsidiaries each of which leads a different sector of production agriculture. From the consolidation and merger of 48 artificial insemination (A.I.) cooperatives has risen a single industry-leading organization with a strong commitment to maximizing profits of members and customers across the U.S. and Canada. Genex Cooperative, Inc. and predecessors have now provided high-quality semen from breed-leading, profitable sires for over 60 years.
