Focused on Operational and Investment portfolios for our Public Sector clients, we enable our clients to reduce expenditure, improve asset value and meet front-line delivery requirements.Responsible for Kent County Council's £2bn property portfolio, with over £25m per annual Revenue expenditure in Kent’s Corporate Landlord, Property Investment and Schools Estates; and £250m of Capital expenditure on schools.
