Our Mission is to provide, promote, and expand employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Galt Foundation is a nonprofit employment organization that matches skilled people with disabilities to jobs. We were founded on the belief that all people have a contribution to make to the workplace, and everyone deserves access to a good job. Every day, we’re inspired by the knowledge that inclusiveness benefits not only individuals, but also organizations and society as a whole. We are focused on becoming the largest employer of people with disabilities in the world. Instead of “people who can’t do the job,” we see people who haven’t yet been matched to the right positions. We are working toward a diverse and inclusive employment community that leads to self-sufficiency and independence. Galt Foundation provides staffing services through our offices in Oregon, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania. We are certified in these states to hold service contracts with state governments that are designed to expand employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities. In the private sector, Galt Foundation works with HR managers, hiring managers, and inclusion specialists to find the right match of talent to the needs of our clients. More than 75% of our labor hours are generated by individuals with disabilities, and Galt Foundation employs over 3,000 people. We’re creating a better workplace – one in which employers have access to skilled and motivated workers, and people of all abilities can find meaningful, sustaining work.
