For AmTrust the rationale was simple, to control repair operations associated with insurance claims to ensure quality, turnaround time and the overall customer experience is executed to market leading standards.The investment has also enabled the business to diversify its offering. Historically the business was focused on the B2B sector and with that there was very little interaction with end-users. However, over the past 3 years the company has created a customer facing brand whilst adding further elements to the overall proposition.
