Granderson is the managing partner of MHC Capital, LLC, and we are responsible for managing and developing its portfolio that consists of 24 mobile home communities with 3,500+ sites spread across Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Pennsylvania.We are a full-service property management company within the Granderson Holdings umbrella of companies.
