As a company, we take great pride in our high proportion of directly-employed staff, but we also have access to a wide range of specialist subcontractors via our stringently-controlled accredited list of approved companies. Typical specialist works include: • scaffolding, • asbestos removal, • asphalting, • damp-proofing, • door-entry systems, • specialist installations and systems. All subcontractors complete a competency questionnaire evidencing their ability to meet the required standards set by FT Finley. We select subcontractors from our approved list who adopt and maintain all FT Finley’s standards and methods of working to provide a high quality service.
