About Freedom Leisure Training

Established in April 2002 as a not for profit leisure trust Freedom ran four centres on behalf of Wealden District Council. Since then the company has enjoyed considerable growth and now manages 35 leisure sites and entertainment venues across Sussex, Surrey and Kent for a number of partners.

Freedom Leisure Training is the training division of Freedom Leisure. Our ethos is all about being flexible and responsive to our customers needs, providing training that is effective, informative and enjoyable.

We offer a wide range of accredited training and industry Apprenticeships including:

•First Aid

•Lifesaving

•CYQ Exercise and Fitness

•Active IQ Pool Plant Operators

•CIEH Health & Safety

•Food Safety

•Work based learning programmes

•Apprenticeships in Leisure Operations and Exercise and Fitness

•Level 3 PTLLS and NPLQ Trainer/Assessor courses

Our trainers are highly experienced and the team prides itself on being friendly, open and approachable. If you are looking for training either for yourself, colleagues or your friends and family, please contact the Freedom Leisure Training team.

We work with a wide range of partners and clients in the private and public sector, most notably East Sussex County Council and numerous schools across the county. We provide services to the commercial sector, the fitness and leisure industry and are seeking to work in partnership with other organisations and agencies in the community.
