Founders TItle Company began operation February 6, 1984 with 3 employees in a small office in Salt Lake City, Utah. We currently have 5 offices along the Wasatch front employeeing in the neighborhood of 60 people and insuring over a billions dollar in real estate transactions each year. We close and insure a variety of transactions ranging from road widenng projects for minnicipaltiies and transit authorities, residential transactions of all sizes and commercial transactions as high as $200,000,000.00. Thus our motto for the past 25 years has been "Big enough to close any transaction, small enough to care how it is closed".
