Foundation Utilities were founded in 2001 by a group of Construction Professionals. From our Liverpool based headquarters we service the North West of England & North Wales. Foundation are a civil engineering contractor who specialise in projects up to the value of £2 million. We are on the approved contractor list for the majority of local authorities.We hold all the relevant accreditations, CHAS, ISO 9001/14001/18001, Investors in People, Safe Contractor and Considerate Contractors.Moving with an ever evolving industry in January 2012 we entered into the new build market, working closely with the Housing Associations offering sustainable, cost effective and rapid build solutions utilizing modern methods of construction.Our unique model is rapidly helping “kick-start” the economy. We are the crucial financial link that the Housing Associations require, offering to let or private sale properties.
