Flint Hills Community Health Center

Flint Hills Community Health Center is a Nonprofit 501(c)(3) Federally Qualified Health Center with Patient-Centered Medical Home status, with locations in Emporia, Eureka and Madison, Kan. We provide medical, dental and psychiatry services. We also provide health department services for Lyon County -- including community health, environmental health, child care licensing, WIC and emergency preparedness -- through a contract. It's our mission to promote the health and well-being of the entire community, and we do that with patient benefits like a sliding-fee scale, extended hours, same-day appointments, prescription assistance, interpreter services and free transportation.
