55TH FITCE CONGRESS "ΤΟWARDS Α SMART INTERCONNECTED SOCIETY" The FITCE-Europe is a Scientific Federation of professionals in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the European Union, whose main objective is to exchange views and ideas on challenges related to the technical, social, regulatory and financial aspects of the new technologies and services in the ICT field. It has members from almost all European countries, who are company executives and operators in the ICT area, and members of the academic community are well represented in the Federation through the National Department of each country. The main objective of FITCE is, maintaining close ties among its members, to inform and converses with them about the latest technological developments and achievements in the ICT field, organizing for this purpose by the relevant National Department annual European Congress. This Conference will take place in Athens from 1 to September 3, 2016, in the Auditorium of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks under the auspices of, with the above issue.
