Our company was founded in 2004 by two Albanian owners with strong ties to the Italian footwear industry. They had been in the footwear business for many years. After tireless work and continuous success, in 2007 they bought out the ownership of their Italian partner company, Filanto. The business has continued to expand since then. In April 2011, a state of the art in footwear design and production factory on the outskirts of Tirana was opened. After our factory was completed it has remained one of the most modern factories in Albania. It is 11,500 square foot facility, and has multiple stitching and finishing lines, allocated to the customer. Our current production is 7000 pairs of shoes per day. From Tirana we provide rapid delivery to all points in Europe and beyond.Fital prides itself in the quality of its staff. Our employees are our biggest assets; experienced, well-trained, and motivated they provide our everyday success and are leaders in our growth. Our management is always open to new ideas and we have in place modern production technologies. We have built a highly skilled team responsible for managing our client’s footwear production. Nevertheless, we constantly seek new ways to improve our production efficiency and quality.We produce most types of men’s, women’s, and children’s footwear. Our lines are flexible to meet our customer needs. We also have the flexibility to provide our clients finished shoes and finished uppers. With strong Italian roots, great quality and execution our production is viewed as top level. We have incorporated the Italian production experience into our operations and use Italian technicians who examine and supervise the quality of our final products. The production experience and passion for the work enable us to meet the requirements of the most sophisticated European clients for style, quality, and perfect fit.
