Fischer Connectors’ participative innovation program

At Fischer Connectors, we believe that even a connector company can change the world. In order to contribute to making this a reality, we created a participative innovation program in 2017 for our people – over 550 collaborators worldwide.This internal program is articulated around the following definition of innovation: “Executing an idea which adresses a specific challenge and achieves value for both the company and the customer.”The program’s main mission is to nurture our innovation culture, empower our people and connect with our customers.
